The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

Puerto Galera out of severe boredom I'm writing a journal about it...
It's been a few weeks since the Puerto galera trip with ~Psycho-Stress, ~Samywong and 2 other dudes ...yes correct, it was just the five of us haha it was fun...that was my first time in Puerto...I'm so happy that I didn't tan much wheee~! ('cause you know...besides my white complexion there's nothing else I can boast about haha!)

That island...is full of gays...not that I hate gays...it's just awkward...'cause they look like real girls. my friend said in 5 or 10 years time puerto will be gay island...hahaha I feel sorry for the dudes that go there to look for hot chicks...we drank their specialty...Mindoro Sling was it? My brother's GF told me that it was green before...gaah now it's pink... mmm...what else? mmm...I wish we had the chance to go hiking ohhh~ the waterfalls...and that para sailing thing...ohhhhh next time ....next time...

gaaah there weren't any cute guys!!! maybe all of the cute guys come on the weekend...humph! then my friend said "why are you looking for cute guys when everyone you're with is a guy already??" hahahahaah that made me laugh so hard!

well...it was true...there were 5 of us...and the four of them were guys...and to top it all off!! one of them was my crush!!!! ahhhhhhhhhh~!!! he doesn't count as one of the cute guys though...since I've known him..ever since kinder...I wanted to see some random cute guys hahaha although 'he' IS really really cute...handsome...oh my god...he was sleeping next to my bed...I should've....I should've...*beep* and then *beep* so that I *beep*............

My foot has a few small puncture wounds on it due to a small immature sea urchin on top of the coral formation.

It healed fully just now.

I didn't want to spoil our trip so I didn't tell anyone.
